As professionals, teachers must have abilities and skills that are appropriate to the field they study so that the process of growing students' potential, which includes cognitive, affective, psychomotor and spiritual aspects, can run effectively and in accordance with the educational goals that have been set. The research aims to 1) find out the stages of teacher training management, 2) effective training methods for teachers, 3) theimportant benefits of teacher training, and 4) find out the results of teacher evaluations in the training carried out. The results of this article are based on the discussion that has been explained in implementing teacher management training, namely theneed to improve teaching skills. This has been proven to be effective training for improving teachers' teaching skills, including classroom management, use of technology, and application of interactive teaching methods. Furthermore, it can have a positiveimpact on student achievement.
