This study aims to describe teaching strategies and analyze students’ cognitive levels in interpreting religious texts—particularly verses and hadiths about the command to be grateful—based on the revised Bloom’s taxonomy. The research employed a qualitative case study approach with data collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and written tests. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, presentation, and verification using triangulation and member check for validation. The findings indicate that teachers implemented a constructivist approach through discussion, reflection, and contextualization of verses, encouraging active student participation. Most students reached the levels of understanding (C2) and applying (C3), some achieved analyzing (C4), while only a few reached evaluating (C5) and creating (C6). Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis peran krusial Kompilasi Hukum Islam (KHI) dan Peradilan Agama sebagai instrumen formal negara dalam menjamin kepastian hukum dan kesejahteraan anak yatim. KHI berfungsi sebagai landasan hukum materiil, secara spesifik mengatur hak perwalian pada Pasal 107 dan hadhanah pada Pasal 105, serta menjamin hak ekonomi melalui ketentuan waris dan konsep inovatif wasiat wajibah pada Pasal 209 bagi cucu yang kehilangan ayah. Sementara itu, Peradilan Agama berperan sebagai pilar penegakan hukum yudikatif. Lembaga ini memiliki wewenang menetapkan perwalian yang sah, mengawasi harta anak yang belum dewasa, dan mengeksekusi pembagian warisan untuk memastikan bagian anak yatim terpenuhi dan terlindungi dari penyalahgunaan. As professionals, teachers must have abilities and skills that are appropriate to the field they study so that the process of growing students' potential, which includes cognitive, affective, psychomotor and spiritual aspects, can run effectively and in accordance with the educational goals that have been set. The research aims to 1) find out the stages of teacher training management, 2) effective training methods for teachers, 3) theimportant benefits of teacher training, and 4) find out the results of teacher evaluations in the training carried out. The results of this article are based on the discussion that has been explained in implementing teacher management training, namely theneed to improve teaching skills. This has been proven to be effective training for improving teachers' teaching skills, including classroom management, use of technology, and application of interactive teaching methods. Furthermore, it can have a positiveimpact on student achievement. Therefore, character cultivation must be carried out in children from an early age. Through the habitual program of reading the Al Qurán using the Tilawati method at MI PSM 1 Sugihwaras Ngepeh Loceret, character values ??have been developed in order to form individuals with noble morals. The focus of this research is: (l) Character values ??developed through the Tilawati Method (2) The process of instilling character education through the Tilawati method, and (3) the success of cultivating character education through the Tilawati method. This research uses a qualitative approach, case study type. Data collection techniques use observation methods, in-depth interviews and documentation. Qualitative methods are employed in this field of study. Interviews, documentation, and observation are the three main methods of data collecting. At the same time, single case analysis is employed in the data analysis approach. Additionally, this study makes use of triangulation of sources and methodologies to verify the data's authenticity and expand participation.</p> <p>This study's author draws the following conclusions: (1) In response to the guidelines with modifications and variations, the <em>Al-Baghdadi</em> technique for teaching the Al-Qur'an at NU Sekaran Kayen Kidul Islamic Elementary School employs the following methods: the personal approach, the person standard strategy, the standard read-listen strategy, and the pure standard read-listen strategy.(2) Using the <em>Al-Baghdadi</em> approach to teaching the Qur'an at NU Sekaran Kayen Kidul Islamic Elementary School entails familiarizing oneself with the methodology and stages of teaching the Qur'an, practicing effective classroom management through the direct method, engaging in repetitive exercises, and maintaining a loving and patient attitude. Kesenjangan ini berisiko membuat hukum Islam menjadi tidak relevan dan kaku di tengah kompleksitas kehidupan modern. Tujuan: Artikel ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan sebuah kerangka aplikatif Maqasid As-Syariah yang sistematis untuk menjembatani kesenjangan teori-praktik, sehingga dapat berfungsi sebagai alat analisis untuk masalah modern.Metode: Kajian ini merupakan penelitian kepustakaan kualitatif dengan pendekatan filosofis-hermeneutis dan analisis tematik. Sumber data primer dan sekunder dianalisis secara kritis untuk mengidentifikasi evolusi konsep dan aplikasinya, yang kemudian disintesis menjadi sebuah kerangka kerja yang koheren. Hasil: Penelitian berhasil menyusun kerangka aplikatif Maqasid yang operasional. Kerangka ini, yang mengadopsi pendekatan sistem, terbukti efektif menganalisis dan memberikan solusi substantif bagi berbagai isu kontemporer, seperti keuangan syariah (fintech, sukuk), bioetika (transplantasi organ, bayi tabung), dan kebijakan publik (penanganan pandemi, lingkungan). Syaikurrijal icukrijal@gmail.com <p>The book Ta'l?m al-Muta'allim has become a main subject in Islamic boarding school educational activities. The book Ta'lim al-Muta'allim contains etiquette for studying, which is a guideline for making it easy for someone who is studying. The social cognitive development of students is an important thing to pay attention to, because it is an area that requires very serious processing in forming morals in order to increase the potential for better memory and reasoning. Studying this book needs to be viewed from the perspective of Vigostky's theory. Learning theory that encourages the acquisition and management of knowledge through mechanisms of interacting, communicating and collaborating in a sociocultural context.</p> <p>This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. The informants for this research were boarding school caregivers, ustadz and santri. The data collection techniques are through observation, interviews and documentation. Data is analyzed by reducing data, explaining data, and drawing conclusions</p> <p>The results are (1) Learning the Book of Ta'lim Al-Muta'alim from the perspective of Vygotsky's theory presents an educational approach that integrates Islamic values with social cognitive psychological concepts. In the context of Vygotsky's theory, the main aspect that is integrated is the ZPD concept. ZPD identifies the gap between an individual's actual abilities and his potential if guided by someone more experienced, such as a Ustadz or fellow student. Applying this concept to mentoring learning and social interaction is considered crucial for increasing students' understanding of the contents of the book as well as the use of language. Things that have been done (a) The teacher interprets each important syllable and explains the meaning of the sentence, (b) The students work together with fellow students in groups to interpret each syllable so that the students can memorize the meaning (c) The students take turns explaining sentences in each chapter, other students provide responses, the accompanying ustadz provides reinforcement, (d) internalizes the understanding of the Ta'lim Muta'alim book by manifesting it in the form of actions. (2) The success of learning the book Ta'lim Al-Muta'alim in Vigosky's theoretical perspective is supported by Islamic boarding school cultural factors and the social interaction of students with their environment, because all intellectual development which includes meaning, memory, thoughts, perception and awareness moves from the interpersonal area to the intrapersonal area.
