In order to realize optimal education, madrasas cannot be separated from professional management, this can happen if it is supported by adequate sources of funds, because education without funding will not work. The purpose of this study was to (1) determine the management of education financing management at MI Ma'arif Panjeng Jenangan Ponorogo, (2) determine the empowerment of human resources through the management of education financing at MI Ma'arif Panjeng Jenangan Ponorogo. This research uses a qualitative research type with a multidisciplinary approach. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study are (1) the management of financing management at MI Ma'arif Panjeng Jenangan Ponorogo is divided into 3 stages, namely the planning, recording, bookkeeping 2 ) management of financing to empower human resources at MI Ma'arif Panjeng Jenangan Ponorogo is divided into 3, namely for Educators, Education Personnel and Students.
