Abstract

Abstract

Well-organized management of facilities and infrastructure in the arrangement is essentially able to provide order and tidiness in school institutions. This research aims to determine the management of facilities and infrastructure at SD Negeri Plumpungrejo 04, as well as to determine the improvement in the quality of learning based on management of facilities and infrastructure at the school. This research is a type of field research with a descriptive qualitative approach method. With data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. Sources of data were obtained from the principal, Facilities and Infrastructure Department, and teachers directly. The results obtained by researchers can be concluded that: Management of facilities and infrastructure in its implementation starts from planning, procurement, maintenance, inventory, disposal. From the process of its activities, it is able to help the learning process at SD Negeri Plumpungrejo 04, starting from making it easier for students to learn, making it easier for school activities, making it easier for students to develop their interests and talents, facilitating teachers in the learning process, making it easier for teachers to deliver material.
