Abstract
In the era of Society 5.0, education faces the challenge of producing teachers who can integrate technology and humanistic approaches in the learning process. School management plays a crucial role in supporting the development of teacher professionalism to meet the demands and expectations of modern education. A Professional Teacher 5.0 is expected not only to master the teaching material but also to effectively utilize technology, create an interactive learning environment, and develop 21st-century skills in students. This research examines concrete steps to realize Professional Teacher 5.0, including training, the use of technology, and creativity in teaching. By understanding and implementing these principles, teachers are expected to be more effective in shaping a future generation ready to face an ever-changing world.
