MANAJEMEN PROGRAM MATRIKULASI PEMBELAJARAN MAHARATUL KALAM DI CIBI (CAHAYA ILMU BAHASA INTELEKTUAL)

Abstract

This study aims to determine the matriculation management program of maharatul kalam at CIBI. The objectives of this study are: (1) to determine the matriculation of the CIBI management program, (2) to determine the factors supporting and inhibiting the matriculation of CIBI management. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach, and the data collection techniques in this study were observation, interviews and documentation. The research results obtained are as follows: (1) CIBI management matriculation has three programs: three-day, two-week, and one-month matriculation programs, Cibi members currently still consist of ten PBA graduates, CIBI has several divisions including textbook design and the design of Arabic learning strategies with the aim of making Arabic learning run effectively, especially in maharah kalam. (2) the supporting factor for CIBI management is the presence of competent team members in the Arabic language field. and the inhibiting factor is the lack of a clear curriculum and the lack of tutors.
